FAI has consulted with, provided education, and provided peer review services for hospitals and health systems throughout the country. These organizations range from university medical centers and large community hospitals, to small critical access institutions. FAI has consulted with non-profit and for profit multi-hospital systems. FAI clients include medical staff officers, medical executives, peer review committees, chief medical officers, hospital and group practice legal counsel, quality improvement directors, and medical staff professionals.
Physician Organizations and Independent Practices:
FAI is often requested to speak before physician professional groups, including programs sponsored by state medical societies and specialty organizations focused on peer review, physician conduct, and quality improvement.

FAI consults with and has served on the faculty of numerous well-known health care organizations, including The Governance Institute, American College of Physician Executives (ACPE), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
