Fritz Associates, Inc. has over 35 years of healthcare leadership experience. The  Peer Review services are focused on quality improvement through EPR. We are strive to address the unique needs and challenges of our clients, with an comprehensive network of board certified, experienced, and currently practicing Physicians. FAI has served healthcare organizations throughout the country, ranging from large healthcare systems to individual physician practices. Our approach can help in quality improvement, patient/physician satisfaction, and reducing legal risks. 

Who We Are

Al Fritz serves as President of Fritz Associates, Inc. and an Associate of HG Healthcare Consulting, LLC. He brings 35 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership to his work with medical staffs, physician groups and hospitals across the nation.Mr. Fritz has an M.S. in Hospital and Healthcare Administration from Xavier University. He holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland. ​ Mr. Fritz oversees all operational aspects of External Peer Review Services.

​Todd Sagin, M.D., J.D., is physician executive recognized across the nation for his work with hospital boards, medical staffs, and physician organizations. Dr. Sagin is a popular lecturer, consultant, mediator, and advisor to health care organizations. Throughout his career, Dr. Sagin has held strong interests in medical ethics and public policy. He holds a degree in law and has training as a mediator and arbitrator to address health care conflicts. Dr. Sagin specializes in Conflict Resolution, Due Process Action, and Hearing Officer responsibilities.
